ALTA / ACSM Land Title Surveys
We specialize in ALTA/ACSM (American Land Title Association / American Congress of Surveying and Mapping) surveys. This type of survey is usually required for commercial property. We will work with all parties, i.e., attorney, bank, lender, title company to complete the survey within tight deadlines. We are able to complete all items in the Optional Table A (See the ALTA/ACSM requirements).
Residential Boundary "Stake" Surveys
This type of survey is needed to mark and establish property boundaries. This type of survey is usually needed for construction of a fence or other improvements. We have worked all over the Kansas City Metro Area and have the research skills to provide this survey in all subdivisions old or new. We have the experience to advise and help resolve boundary conflicts.
Residential House and Grading Layout / Staking
Single family residential, multi-family residential and commercial building staking requires special attention to grading and drainage issues. We specialize in lots with grading issues. Our plot plans have been used as a standard for evaluating others.
Layout or Construction Staking
We have considerable experience in all types of construction layout. We understand that time is of the utmost importance when construction begins. That is why we usually respond to your request for staking within 24 hours.
Platting, Lot Splits or Boundary Line Adjustments
With our experience working on the side of government plus our long established contacts with various agencies we can handle all of these types of surveys. We will take the lead for all meetings with the appropriate agencies. We are up to date on all regulations regarding these types of surveys. We will advise you on what type of survey you need and will lead you through the approval process. We will make sure to meet all realistic deadlines and complete your survey in a timely manner.
Topographic Surveys
With our experience working with engineers and architects we can provide high quality topographic surveys. We will work with the other professionals to provide them with the data they want in the format they need. We will always try to meet any realistic deadline.
FEMA Flood Certifications
We provide services for FEMA Flood Certifications, LOMAR's, LOMAR-F's and FIRM Map amendments.
Easement Preparation
We will prepare easement descriptions and exhibits for all needs.
Communication Towers
We can provide latitude and longitude, boundary and topographic surveys for communication tower placement that will meet or exceed all requirements including those of the FCC and FAA.
